Crying Fat Circuit


This workout is the favourite one of our trainer ZIN Aditi Ratti. She loves to get drenched in sweat, because she says I love to see fat cry. Why allow fat to make you cry when you can do vice versa. 

Today's workout is specifically designed for people who are bored of doing the same routine workouts in the gym and are willing to give themselves new challenges.
